TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service are designed to protect both the commissioner and the artist. When you commission Furstalgic fursuits, you agree to these terms.  Please know that if you are to break these terms, you will be added to a blacklist, and if it's bad enough, publicly, to warn other artists.  Please consider being blocked on any platform as being blacklisted. Do not attempt to circumvent this condition. Furstalgic fursuits has the right to decline any commission or order, without any reasoning or explanation necessary.

Keep in mind

  • Still fairly new maker, but accomplished so much in so very few suits I've made thus far.

  • I'm still learning with each fursuit I make, but the quality has gone up exponentially since my first steps.

  • Keep in mind that the suit may not be 100% perfect or symmetrical, as mostly everything is hand made and hand crafted.

  • Do not expect the quality of a big maker who charges a lot more! I'm not to that skill level yet​.

General

  • You must agree that you are at least 18 years of age.

  • You may be asked to show ID 

  • An estimated start and completion date will be given upon commission acceptance

  • Maker is not obligated to meet any deadlines

  • Client will receive WIPs throughout the project

Payment/Refund
Please, do not commission or buy from me if you are not in a financially stable position to. I am a single-person small business, and dealing with refunds is extremely stressful. Scamming is a selfish and irresponsible act, something that I will never take lightly. Your money is important to you and me.

PayPal Goods and Services, Cashapp or Cash(Locals only)

  • All commissions require a 30% down payment before the project can be started, This covers your slot as well as most if not all materials. (This is non-refundable!)

  • Flexible payment plans, recommend 6 months max

  • the commission will not be released/shipped to the client until 100% of the payment has been received.

  • At this time the maker does not issue refunds unless the project has not started by the 2 year mark when you've been added to the trello, then you're obligated to get full refund.

Allergy Warnings


All of the fur we use is 100% synthetic fur.
However, we have cats! We can not guarantee the absence of animal hair or dander. If you need a 100% pet free home, please find another maker to commission.

Character reference

Please provide an unshaded reference of the character you want as a suit!

If you do not have one, for a $80 side commission

You'll get: front and side view of your head, tail and front and pack view of paws drawn

for $20+ add I can turn one of the headshots into a laminated badge with your OC's name!

Estimate completion

 Roughly 6 months due to working a full time job that mentally and physically drains me, However it will Not take a year.  The first month is a big planning month to talk about your Character information and ordering fur examples (If I don't already own it) as well as ordering fur, and if you decided to buy a side commission Reference of your Character that'll also be part of the first month of planning.
